Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: 24 September 2026
This policy explains the general approach to cancellations and refunds for Ventora Digital services. Project-specific terms in a signed proposal, statement of work or other agreement may provide additional detail. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Project-based services
Our work may involve reserved development time, discovery, design, engineering, campaign preparation or other work performed specifically for a client. Refund eligibility therefore depends on the applicable agreement, work already performed, accepted milestones, committed third-party costs and amounts that have become due.
Before work begins
If you need to cancel before work begins, contact us promptly at Info@ventoradigitals.com. Any refund will be assessed against the applicable agreement and any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
After work has started
Where work has started with the customer’s agreement, amounts relating to work already supplied, milestones completed or non-recoverable commitments may remain payable to the extent permitted by law and the applicable contract.
Digital content and consumer contracts
Consumers may have statutory cancellation rights for certain distance contracts. Different rules can apply to services and digital content, including where a consumer expressly asks for performance or digital supply to begin during a cancellation period. We will not use this policy to remove statutory consumer remedies.
Quality or delivery concerns
If you believe supplied work does not match the agreed scope, contact us with details so we can review the issue against the contract and applicable legal rights. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include correction, re-performance, another agreed remedy or a refund where required.
Third-party costs
Licences, advertising spend, platform charges, domains, hosting or other third-party costs purchased or committed for a project may be non-refundable where the third-party provider does not refund them, subject to applicable law and the client agreement.
How to request cancellation or a refund review
Email Info@ventoradigitals.com with your name, company, project or invoice reference, the reason for your request and relevant supporting information. We will review the request against the applicable agreement and legal requirements.
